Our Founder
Mutara Solutions was founded by a former Special Operations Intelligence Officer with extensive experience conducting thousands of interrogations, clandestine HUMINT source operations, and singleton or small-team missions during 13 overseas deployments across the Middle East, Africa, and Southwest Asia.
As a senior intelligence officer, he led teams of dozens of intelligence professionals and worked some of the highest-profile cases of the Global War on Terror, gaining unmatched insight into human behavior, influence, and decision-making under pressure. His experience executing independent and small-unit operations also produced unique expertise in personal security, situational awareness, and behavioral risk assessment—skills that now form a cornerstone of Mutara’s approach.
Those lessons became the foundation of Mutara Solutions—where behavioral precision, clarity of purpose, and composure under stress define every engagement.
Our Instructors
Every instructor on our roster brings 20+ years of experience. We do not hire entry-level or intermediate trainers.
Backgrounds include special operations, intelligence, law enforcement, corporate leadership, and academia.
